Seller Assistant Adds Workflows
Seller Assistant first debuted at Accelerate 2025. It now tracks more than 100 metrics and appears on every page of a rebuilt Seller Central. Sellers choose its autonomy level, from insights only, to drafted plans they approve, to routine tasks it handles around the clock.
Reuters reported on Sept. 23 that Amazon added “workflows,” which run continuously to carry out seller prompts, such as alerting a seller when ratings drop or monitoring prices on specific products. The assistant can also store a seller profile to tailor recommendations on pricing, promotions, and inventory.
A new plugin connects the agent to AI tools sellers already use, starting with Amazon Quick and Anthropic’s Claude. Every seller also gets a free 12-month Amazon Quick Plus subscription.
Listing Protection and Account Health
Listing Protection gives Account Health Assurance sellers with a rating above 250 time to fix most issues before a listing comes down. These sellers also get three seller challenges every 180 days. The US rollout is set for the end of 2026, with a worldwide launch in 2027.
Advertising, Fulfillment, and Global Selling
- Ads: New campaigns using keyword auto optimization reached a first sale 40% faster in early results. Ads Data Manager, a free tool that connects a seller’s own customer data to Amazon campaigns, shows 30% better return on ad spend for advertisers who use it, according to Amazon.
- Prime Delivery: It replaces Buy with Prime for merchants on Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Early adopters see more than 40% of eligible orders ship with it.
- Multi-channel hub: The hub for Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Walmart orders is in pilot, with a broad invite still to come.
- Global selling: Sellers in more than one country earn about 70% more on average, yet only about 30% sell abroad. Amazon’s lending program will open to every seller by year-end.
Seller Assistant and Prime Delivery are usable now. Listing Protection, the Claude and Quick plugin, and the multi-channel hub are not yet fully available, so plan around their timelines before relying on them.
